Ross is a registered Family Dispute Resolution ​Practitioner through the Federal Attorney ​General’s Office and is also on the Panel to ​conduct Family Law Mediations for Legal Aid ​Queensland.

Ross can issue certificates under the Family ​Law Act (60i) and rules to allow parties to ​litigate in relation to children's matters.
